'Bliss' personal heaters offer comfort & energy savings for anyone who sits at a desk or workstation. Placed under a desk or workstation the heater focuses gentle, radiant warmth to the feet, legs & knees. The thin heating element within the heater emits rapid, even radiant warmth directly to individual people & surfaces. Unlike traditional fan heaters which work to heat the air to provide warmth, the radiant heat emitted by the 'Bliss' heater penetrates through the air to provide comfortable, even heat.
